Xinrui high-purity water production equipment produces ultrapure water, which is chemically pure water with a theoretical resistivity of 18.3 MΩ·cm. High-purity water is also referred to as ultrapure water.
High-purity water is water with extremely high chemical purity, containing impurities at levels below 0.1 mg/L. Currently, the purity of high-purity water produced by humans has reached 99.999999%, with impurity content below 0.01 mg/L. High-purity water mainly refers to water with a conductivity of less than 0.1 μS/cm at 25°C, a pH value of 6.8-7.0, and the removal of other impurities and bacteria.
High-purity water is water in which almost all conductive substances are removed, and colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter that do not dissociate are reduced to very low levels. The salt content of high-purity water is below 0.3 mg/L, with a conductivity of less than 0.2 μS/cm.
The Xinrui high-purity water equipment features a microcomputer controller, allowing manual and automatic operation switching. Its control functions include: no water, water full, automatic shutdown, low pressure, overpressure automatic protection, and customizable output water indicators. If the set value is not met, the system cycles the water through a backpressure valve for reprocessing. Once the set requirements are met, the water collection valve opens for use. The equipment's reverse osmosis (RO) elements, high-purity precision polishing resin, and main components such as machines, pumps, and instruments can be selected from original imported equipment, ensuring reliable quality.

The Xinrui high-purity water machine uses tap water as the source, integrating microfiltration, activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, ultraviolet oxidation, ultrafiltration, and other technologies to remove ions, pyrogens, organic matter, particles, microorganisms, bacteria, and other impurities. This produces pure water that meets the purity requirements for experiments, applicable in universities, research institutes, industrial systems, and the medical industry.

1. Features power indicator, pump operation indicator, low-pressure indicator, and system flushing indicator functions.
2. Uses imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps for more reliable operation and broader water quality applicability.
3. Includes a system flushing function: before each startup for water production, the system automatically flushes for 30 seconds before starting water production.
4. Equipped with a system protection function: automatically shuts down when water pressure is too low or there is no water; automatically starts when water supply resumes.
5. The RSE series high-purity water machine features online water quality monitoring, allowing real-time monitoring of inlet water quality (located above the instrument, near the functional detection area, indicated by digital tubes), RO water quality and temperature, and pure water quality and temperature.
